What We Did:

Each year, ICAP hosts a ‘Charity Day Presentation Event’, a prestigious evening that celebrates the success and charitable reach of the previous year’s Charity Day. Held at the iconic Mansion House in London, the event brings together VIPs, celebrities, and representatives from supported charities to reflect on the impact of ICAP’s fundraising efforts.

We were commissioned to capture the energy, emotion, and elegance of the evening. Hosted by beloved celebrity duo Ant and Dec, the event featured powerful on-stage testimonials from charity representatives, followed by a celebratory drinks reception. Our team was embedded throughout the venue to document the atmosphere and key moments with clarity and style.

Sharing Stories & Celebrating Change

Production Approach:

  • Filmed on location at Mansion House, London, with a three-camera setup to cover stage presentations and ambient moments

  • Captured speeches from charity representatives and the celebratory atmosphere that followed

  • Collaborated with The King’s Trust to include a trainee camera operator as part of a youth media initiative

  • Set up a mobile post-production suite at ICAP’s offices to begin editing the following day

  • Included a King’s Trust trainee in the post-production process to provide hands-on experience and support

Deliverables:

  • Highlight video capturing the essence of the event for internal and social use

  • Short-form edits for social media platforms

  • B-roll and testimonial footage for future campaigns and archival use

Outcome:

  • Delivered a polished, emotionally resonant video within 24 hours of the event

  • Helped ICAP share its impact story while the event was still fresh in the public eye

  • Supported youth development in media through collaboration with The King’s Trust

  • Captured the elegance, energy, and emotional weight of a night dedicated to giving back
